Living Room Extension

The layout of the existing house was cramped and was split up with small cellar rooms. By providing a ground floor extension to the living room and taking out a wall between the kitchen and dining room, we created a scheme that was cost effective and enhanced the potential that this property could offer and turned a difficult layout into a practical free flowing solution.
